In conjunction with the opening of the new Long Beach Cruise Terminal at the Queen Mary, Carnival Cruise Lines is now offering one-to three-night pre-and post-cruise land packages aboard the historic Queen Mary hotel. The Carnival cruise packages, which can be partnered with three-and four-day Baja cruises aboard the 2,052-passenger Ecstasy and seven-day Mexican Riviera voyages aboard the 2,052-passenger Elation from Long Beach, include overnight accommodations aboard the Queen Mary, a self-guided tour of the hotel-ship, and a rental car.
Carnival cruise packages differ in the amenities and accommodations provided. Most of the packages include shipboard accommodations, ocean transportation, fabulous entertainment and daily activities, on-board meals and some beverages, port charges and more. These do not include shore excursions, personal expenses, gratuities, or alcoholic beverages.
The big benefit to Carnival cruise packages is that things like meals are included, which means all your budgeting for food is done up front, when you purchase the package.
The most affordable packages is 3-night stay starts from $229 for the interior stateroom on the Carnival cruise packages, while the 7-night Bahamas and Florida cruises are more expensive, at $579 in the interior stateroom on the Norwegian cruise line.
This three day cruise packages can be a great introduction to sailing on the open seas.
